The Brookings Cubs invite your child in grades 1-6 to take part in Jr. Brookings Cubs Camp!
This two-day camp will focus on various stations of fun and focused training and games, instructed by current and former Cubs players, many of who played baseball in Brookings and went on to play college-level baseball.
The main emphasis of this camp is focusing on the fundamentals: Hitting, Throwing, Fielding, and Baserunning.
Each Jr. Cubs Camp participant will receive a camp t-shirt, a family pass which can be used at any Cubs home game in 2021, plus the opportunity to take the field and warmup with the Cubs before a home game - including the opportunity to warmup with the team, participate in pre-game catch, watch the team from the dugout during in-and-out, and join the team on the baseline for the National Anthem.
This camp is FREE for all area 1st-6th grade students, however, pre-registration is required. If you wish, a freewill donation will be accepted (suggested donation is $20.00) and put toward Cubs team expenses for the 2021 season. Thank you!
All registrations are due Monday, May 3.
